How do I track my food?
Droobi doesn’t want you to worry about calorie counting, leave that stress with US!

Post a photo of everything you eat (the good and the bad!) to your visual food diary. Your health coach will use your photos to understand how much you’re eating and keep track of how many portions you’re having regularly. -
Manually add the number of portions you’re consuming for each food group (veggies, fruits, dairy, protein, starches) by roughly estimating each portion using our visual portion guide.
What do the numbers next to food groups mean?
The number represents the assigned number of portions for each food group.
What does “1 portion” mean?
How can I synchronize steps from Apple Health with Droobi?
From the menu side-bar, select the Apple Health tab. Then, click on Settings, enter Privacy, click on Apple Health then select Droobi and swipe to allow steps.
I would like to add my readings in mmol instead of mg/dl. How do I change the units?
From the menu side-bar, select Blood glucose reading. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to choose your preferred units.
I have an additional blood sugar reading that’s not part of my prescribed plan. Where can I log it?
On the blood sugar tracking page, there is an option below to “Add more readings”. By tapping on this, you can add any additional readings you may have taken throughout the day.

How do I interact with my health coach?
Your personal health coach is there to answer your questions, help you set meaningful goals, motivate and guide you through your program. You can communicate with your coach via private messaging.
Is my coach available 24/7?
Almost. You will have access to your assigned coach 6 out of 7 days in a week. Between 8 AM and 4 PM on Saturdays to Thursdays, coaches will be working to help their clients reach their goals!
