What is Droobi?


Droobi is a digital behavior change program designed to empower people to build healthy habits that will last. Droobi’s program is based on clinically-proven science and provides each person digital tracking tools with access to a personal real-life health coach. Our product uses smart technology to learn more about each person and their unique condition with the goal to ultimately make their self-care easier




How long is the program?


The structure of the program consists of two parts: the core program (month 1-4) and maintenance program (month 4-10). During the core program, you will build your knowledge and skill set to change your eating and exercising habits and learn how to overcome challenges and reinforce new habits. In the maintenance program you can continue practicing and reinforcing your new healthy changes while staying connected to Droobi’s tools and resources, with shorter weekly lessons and monthly follow-up with your health coach.

How do I join?


Thanks for your interest! To join Droobi, please download the Droobi app from the Apple Store. You can register through the app to to see the available packages.




Do I have to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes?


To join Droobi’s diabetes self-management program, you need to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. You don’t have to have pre-diabetes to join our prevention program. Droobi focuses on guiding you to make sustainable lifestyle changes, and is beneficial for people who want to lose weight.

How do I interact with my health coach?


Your personal health coach is there to answer your questions, help you set meaningful goals, motivate and guide you through your program. You can communicate with your coach via private messaging.




Is my coach available 24/7?


Almost. You will have access to your assigned coach 6 out of 7 days in a week. Between 8 AM and 4 PM on Saturdays to Thursdays, coaches will be working to help their clients reach their goals!
